- [ ] Replace smoke alarm batteries: yearly, last done Nov 2025. ~15 min
This month
- [ ] Change the furnace filter (16x25x1): heating season is here, and a clogged filter makes the furnace work harder. ~5 min
- [ ] Disconnect hoses and shut off the outdoor taps: before the first hard freeze, so pipes don't burst. ~20 min
- [ ] Clean the gutters: after the leaves drop, so melting snow can drain. ~2 hours · or book a pro
- [ ] 2019 Corsa hatchback, oil change and tire rotation: due at 45,000 miles (now about 44,300). ~1 hour · book a pro
Overdue
- [ ] Flush the water heater: due September, last done Sep 2025.

Home Maintenance Calendar keeps the boring-but-important jobs from slipping. Tell it your home type, your climate and what you have, such as a furnace, a water heater, gutters or a car, and it builds a schedule of recurring and seasonal tasks. On the 1st of each month you get a short checklist of what's due, why it matters and how long it takes, with safety checks at the top. Say 'done' and it logs the date and rolls the next one forward. Calendar reminders are added only when you approve them.
